Human Resources Officer
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is a HR generalist role to support the Institute in all HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, analytical reports, HR systems, learning & development and staff engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative supports of the entire employment cycle from hiring to exit process
- Conduct interviews for designated job roles/levels
- Support on interview/meeting arrangement and documentation
- Assist in records management including HR system, SharePoint, and staff personal files
- Lead, support and participate in staff engagement initiatives
- Engage in any HR and Institute initiatives
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
- 2 years or above of relevant experience, fresh university graduates will also be considered
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
- Good Command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in computer software applications including MS Office/365, Visio, Chinese word processing
- Eager to learn, self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Officer , Human Resources position
