Senior Officer - Membership

Job Responsibilities 

  • Support the planning and execution of membership activities to ensure alignment and achievement of the overall objectives of membership recruitment and retention
  • Support initiation and execution of membership benefits campaigns including liaison with collaborative partners and vendors 
  • Support stakeholders’ communication including eDM, event updates, social media posts and member updates in bi-monthly journal  
  • Support execution of networking events, free membership seminars, conferences, awards, sponsored luncheons, school projects, government-funded projects, etc.
  • Support BAU – annual corporate and individual membership renewal, CRM enhancement, management reports, etc.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

 Job Requirements

  • University degree holder or above, preferably in marketing or event management
  • Minimum 4 years of membership, customer service, marketing or event management experience
  • Strong communications skills and attention to details
  • Proactive and a good team player
  • Outgoing, curious and resourceful
  • Excellent English and Chinese writing skills with the ability to devise attractive promotion materials and punchy communication messages
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good PC skills including MS Office, Adobe and simple website editing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Officer position
