Senior Officer, Programme Development and Strategic Management
The incumbent will participate in developing professional qualification programmes for accreditation purposes, and support in the programme enhancement process, including digitalisation of training programme and transformation from ordinary materials to E-learning materials.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of professional qualification programmes to enhance professional competence of banking practitioners
- Provide assistant in the development of E-learning materials with the use of various software such as Articulate 360
- Handle routine monitoring for programme enhancement including planning, enrolment analysis and evaluation review
- Assist in exploring and liaising with external partners to strengthen the training resources for the Institute
- Support in projects related to Qualifications Framework and Accreditation for all professional qualifications
- Support in marketing events and activities for promoting the professional qualification programmes
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to raise market awareness of all professional qualifications
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Degree holder or above; major in Business, Finance, Education or Human Resources disciplines is preferred;
- Relevant experience gained from banking & financial industries or training and development, or experience in E-learning development, is an advantage;
- Energetic, customer oriented, pleasant personality, self-motivated and proactive for fast-paced learning
- Good team player with strong communication and people skills
- Willing to take initiatives for more effective communications with teammates
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-point, Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is highly preferred
